Dissolved in warm water, Ancient Minerals magnesium bath flakes contain only the purest ingredients of highly soluble magnesium chloride. The bath flakes offer a highly effective, yet calming, means of absorbing magnesium. Dissolve 1-2 cups in a bath or 1 cup in a foot bath.
